Returns and Exchanges We guarantee that all of our items are brand new and have no
defects. All sunglasses and eyeglasses sold on our site are 100% authentic or your money
back, including all shipping fees.
Returns: ILoveGlasses.com will accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
All items which are returned will be subject to an inspection. If an
item is found altered with, used or physically damaged it will not be
accepted for return.
Exchanges and refunds: We can exchange for any item that is
available on our website. When returning, the buyer is responsible for
shipping both ways. If the item you are exchanging is of a higher value
than you must cover the difference along with the return shipping
charge. If it is of a lesser value we will credit your payment. All
items must be returned within 15 days and must include an RMA # which
can be obtained by contacting us at 718-737-2800. All refunds are
subject to 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are non refundable,
if you took advantage of free shipping we will deduct $10 to cover the
shipping amount. All prescription orders are also not refundable and
are considered a service. In the case that a prescription is filled
incorrectly we will need to receive the frame back so that we can
verify that our lab made a mistake, at which point we will fill the job
at our cost.
Please note that if you do have any issues with your packages delivery with UPS, we will be responsible to cover the shipping fees and send out a replacement to fulfill the order. Canceled orders in these cases are subject to the refund policy.
